The Kitikmeot Region
The Inuit beneficiaries of the Kitikmeot Region are represented by the Kitikmeot Inuit Association, a birthright development corporation.
There is significant potential for development in the resource-rich Kitikmeot Region, and over the next few years we can expect a period of dynamic growth. The economic impacts that will result from a controlled development of our resources can bring substantial benefits to the Inuit of the Region.
